How to join

Submit an application
Company details, sector, and what you want out of membership. Takes about ten minutes.

Verification
The Secretariat verifies registration documents and confirms there is no conflict with existing members.

Board endorsement
Applications are reviewed at the next monthly board sitting. Corporate and Patron tiers require two endorsements.

Onboarding
Invoice, welcome pack, directory listing and an introduction call with your sector committee chair.
Who is eligible
- Companies registered in the Philippines or Türkiye, or with a subsidiary in either market
- Professionals and consultancies actively serving the Türkiye–Philippines corridor
- Institutions, chambers and academic bodies (associate status, non-voting)
- Individual applicants at Associate tier, subject to board endorsement

Is membership annual?
Yes, membership runs for twelve months from the date of activation and renews on invoice. There is no pro-rata mid-year rate.
Can we upgrade mid-term?
Any time. You pay the difference between tiers, pro-rated to the remaining months of your term.
Do you accept non-Turkish companies?
Yes. Philippine, Turkish and third-country companies with genuine business in the corridor are all welcome.
How many people are covered?
Associate covers one named representative, Corporate covers three, Patron covers unlimited executives from the same group.
What are the payment options?
Bank transfer in PHP or USD. Invoices are issued by the Secretariat with official receipts for tax purposes.
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no one-off joining fee — only the annual tier fee.
