Request a seatWe build a bilingual company profile and a target list before you fly, so meetings start with context rather than introductions.
Every meeting partner is screened for capacity, licensing and genuine interest. No filler meetings to pad the agenda.
Turkish–English–Filipino interpretation is provided throughout B2B sessions and site visits.
Hotel blocks, transfers, venue access and a delegation coordinator on site for the full programme.
Programmed sessions with chambers, embassies and agencies relevant to your sector.
The Secretariat tracks every introduction for a full quarter and escalates stalled conversations.
Fees cover programme design, matchmaking, interpretation, ground logistics and follow-up. Travel is billed separately at cost.

Yes. Non-members are accepted on a space-available basis after member allocation closes, at the non-member fee.
Follow-up runs for 90 days after the mission. Where a match underperforms, we re-run matchmaking for your company at no extra cost on the next mission.
We issue invitation letters and supporting documentation for both Turkish and Philippine visa applications, but the application itself remains with the delegate.
